This Site is operated by New Video Channel America, LLC ("NVCA") a Delaware company with offices located at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036. The Site consists of content provided by NVCA (with respect to BBC World News, NVCA provides the content on behalf of BBC World Distribution Limited ("BBCWDL")) to its channel affiliates and business partners ("You"/"Your") in connection with the broadcast and promotion of NVCA channels and BBCWDL channels (collectively, the "Channels").
